Description

The Upex Group is seeking a skilled and experienced
Grounds Maintenance Operative to Join our groundskeeping team. As a
Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our grounds and landscaping.

Location:
Wimbledon

Salary:
£11.68 per hour

Shifts:
Wednesday and Thursday 08:00 to 16:00

Responsibilities:

Complete all aspects of horticulture to a high standard
Ensure tasks are performed effectively and efficiently
Conduct regular inspections of the grounds and identify areas that require attention
Develop and implement landscaping plans to enhance the overall appearance of the grounds
Respond to requests from management and other departments on time
Ensure that safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

Knowledge of landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control methods

PA1 and PA

Ability to operate and maintain a variety of Grounds maintenance equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
3 years experience
Full UK driving licence
