We are a service that is known for being creative and responsive to the needs of our Children and Young People who no matter what level of need to support their emotional wellbeing and mental health receive the right support as they need it.

Our CQC inspection in august 2019 rated Rise as Good in all 5 areas with significant improvement in the way we deliver our service to Children and Young People.

We are changing culture and influencing the system to see emotional wellbeing and mental health as everyone's business.

Our vision for our new service is that" No door is the Wrong door" which ensures the child is always navigated by us to the right service for them whether internally or externally.

Rise Primary Mental Health Serviceis a well-established multi-disciplinary team within Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.

We work in partnership with different providers across Coventry and Warwickshire including Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, GP surgery's, schools, children's services, and parents/carers to promote positive outcomes of mental health and emotional wellbeing for children, young people and their families.

Embedded in our model are pathways that are built upon Evidence practice and ensure a supportive supervision structure that allows for effective care delivery as well as the development of staff skills and knowledge.

You will operationally lead two team separately commissioned primary mental health teams ensuring the smooth day to day running of them.

Monitoring performance, sickness, wellbeing, meeting targets and compiling reports.

If you're successfulyou will receive, regular management and clinical supervision, an annual appraisal and fantastic training opportunity within the Trust, universities, and the local authorities.

To support your professional development there is a postgraduate 'CAMHS module' delivered at Coventry University which we encourage you to attend.

We are part of the CYP IAPT initiative and work in partnership with the Reading CYP-IAPT collaborative where we have ongoing opportunities for further study such as an opportunity to complete the postgraduate Certificate in low intensity CBT informed supervision.

In the wider trust we have an excellent health and wellbeing support offer to staff, regular mindfulness 'pause sessions' embedded in your diary and the opportunity to request flexible working as well additional support for working carers.
