Looking for a part-time varied Administration role with flexible hours?
20 to 30 hours per week, weekdays, flexible start times - £24,000pa pro-rata for part-time


This is an
exciting opportunity for a person to join our
passionate team as the Business Administrator to help us support individuals with disabilities or disadvantages into employment.

You will get involved in some projects to support our delivery staff and also provide compliance and finance support across our supported employment business and our new Reading based Cafe as well as provide some HR related administration.

ey responsibilities are:


  • The scope of the role includes:
  • Using our three main operational systems Salesforce (CRM), Xero (accounting) and Breathe (HR)
  • Ensuring the correct and appropriate use of these systems by staff
  • On occasions, strategic activities across the business in line with the strategic plans
  • Improvement projects identified by the Business Support Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
  • The projects/tasks may be administrative, involve coordination or include activities to support the Business Support Manager and Finance Manager
  • To support the monthly payroll process and other finance processes across the business
  • To support the finance and compliance aspects of the Café
  • To provide cover for other Business Support colleagues as required
  • To work flexible hours to support the needs of the role

Profile

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to balance the needs of Business Support
  • Ability to use varied IT systems. a good understanding of the importance of operational processes and Microsoft Office products, in particular using Excel
  • Experience of compiling monthly payroll information and reports and some basic knowledge of statutory payroll requirements, payroll systems and bookkeeping processes
  • Experience of working with improving business processes, audit and/or compliance
  • Excellent communication skills, energy and enthusiasm
  • A sense of humour, someone who share our _values _and wants to contribute to making a real difference to someone's life
