Description

Responsibilities:


  • Maneuver warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, powered frames, and hand trucks.
  • Load and unload pallets, boxes, cases and containers onto trucks or conveyors using hand trucks, hand pallet trucks, and forklifts.
  • Drive forklift through warehouse aisles to move materials or products.
  • Transport merchandise to and from an assigned work area.
  • Follow loadin/loadout schedules.
  • Use basic mathematical skills to add and subtract numbers.
  • Knowledge of shipping terms., Know the proper methods in order to handle hazardous materials.
  • Understand the importance of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Be aware of the importance of maintaining a clean environment by keeping the warehouse clean.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£9.96-£14.94 per hour
