BSV are recruiting on behalf of a M&E Sub contractor based in the outskirts of London for a Document Controller for a large residential project in Canary Wharf.
You will assist project management teams in the running of the project administration activities and to maintain document control and associated administration tasks on behalf of the project teams.
Whilst maintaining and developing the administration of the electronic signing-in process and ensure that compliant timesheets are generated for all personnel.
You will administer all requirements associated with LU protection and access to LU infrastructure and assist in the administration and maintenance of company quality and safety systems and arrangements.
Qualifications & ExperienceQualifications:
At least two years experience within an office administration environment or have a background working with M&E sub contractors in a similar position
Good communication and administrative skills.
PC skills including Word, Excel, etc.
