Summary of the Traffic Coordinator role

As a Traffic Coordinator you will
work as part of a dedicated Traffic team, managing agency resources and daily schedules across busy teams.

Liaising with the wider Production Operations team to achieve project resource allocation synergy across different functions/divisions

Some responsibilities of the Traffic Coordinator role will include

Working closely with the Studio Manager and wider Traffic team to schedule work
Scheduling daily resource based on changing priorities ensuring changes are communicated promptly and effectively
Act as a link between stakeholders and the creative team
Manage workflow across multiple creative workstreams ensuring deadlines are met whilst identifying any potential risks early
Managing freelance requirements and bookings
