Client Side LET Property Manager - Middlesex - c£35k

We're working with an independent, bespoke property developer who specialise in the development, refurbishment and conversion of properties for the Buy to Let, Build to Rent and Student Accommodation markets (retaining them all in-house) across London andthe South East.

With a large retained portfolio LET in-house, they now seek a competent LET Property (Assured Shorthold Tenancies) Manager as follows:

Managing tenancies within properties built and retained by our client (our client is the landlord, hence the position acting client side)
Ensuring all rents, notices, checks and compliance documentation are collected, served and up to date
Managing maintenance/repairs using inhouse contractors
Liaison with tenants as required
Working part office, part home and part site based as required
Reporting to the wider Property Services team, as well as the MD

The suitable LET Property Manager will have 2+ years LET Property Management experience with good all round knowledge of associated legislation and legal notices (S21, S8 etc.).

The LET Property Manager will ideally come from a stable career background, reside in (or within commuting range of) Harrow and be looking to commit long term.

This is NOT an Estate/Letting agency role so would not suit those seeking such, however it would be suitable for a Lettings Manager coming out of either environment looking for a client side role with genuine career prospects.

Salary is up to £35k to start with uplifts based on tenure and performance.
