El Mexicana are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader who is passionate about preparing delicious products and delivering great customer service working as part of a team.
El Mexicana Cobham is located on the Food Court at Extra Services on the M25 close to Junction 10 and close to Guildford, Cobham, Woking, Epsom, Ashtead, Walton on Thames, West Byfleet
It is a fun dynamic place to work surrounded by other major restaurant and retailer outlets.
At this location you will need your own car or motorcycle to get to and from work but there is free parking.
You must have a mature and responsible approach to work and probably looking to advance in your career to be a General Manager one day.
You must be a confident outgoing person prepared to 'step up to the line' and lead your small team, when running a shift, to achieve the very best standards of presentation of both themselves and of our food.
You must have already had a work role where you have demonstrated your leadership skills and held a level of accountability and responsibility
We reward Team Leaders who successfully progress well through induction with increased pay, and you can go as far as you like on this journey right up to Manager.
At age 21 or over you will start on £31,000 per year (which includes an allowance for paid travelling time) After 4 months' probation if you have demonstrated that you can deliver the very best standards and lead by example, your salary will increase to £32,000 per year(which includes an allowance for paid travelling time).
Then after another 6-12 months months if you continue to work hard and learn we will review your salary again.
Your working week will be 45 hours at the store usually over 5 shifts covering Morning/Day, or Afternoon/Evening and will include either Saturday or Sunday.
You will be allowed a Free Meal for every full hour shift you work, and you will be allowed a free bottle of water or hot drink on every official break.

Generous salary starting at £31,000 per annum rising to £34,000 based on performance
