Fibre Supervisor (Polish speaking)

Are you a polish speaking Supervisor with experience in Telecoms / Civils? If so, Solutions30 are interested in speaking with you.

Our Fibre Supervisors ensure tasks related to Fibre to the Home (FTTH) are performed to the correct standards and build specifications.

The Fibre Supervisor will mentor and support people from Poland that will be trained in Fibre install works.
Fibre Supervisor responsibilities include;

  • Provide assistance to new delivery teams to ensure people are supporting in line with requirements
  • Assist in investigating noncompliance through inspection and audit, project work, accident and near misses
  • Measuring subcontractor work for quality
  • Complete H&S audits of field based telecommunication engineers
  • Attending onsite and drive production outputs
  • Checking and signing off vehicle and plant inspections
  • Mentoring Fibre Engineers
Background form Fibre Supervisor

  • 3+ years experience working in Telecoms, specifically on Fibre related projects and PIA
  • Solid understanding of Fibre and Civils works
  • Fluent in Polish
  • Able to negotiate conflict between stakeholders
  • Holding a full UK Driving License
