CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS - HUDDERSFIELD

  • Free Parking, and accessible by public transport
  • Basis: Full-Time / Permanent Contract working 5 out of 7 days (will include bank holidays & weekends)
  • 30 days holiday per year
  • Salary = £24,960 + Bonuses, after qualifying period
  • Welcoming / Friendly Team
  • Regular training and update sessions

The Primary function of the role:
Being the first point of contact for customers to assist with their enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure all customers have a positive experience to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty


The ideal Customer Support Agent:


  • Attention to detail and good levels of organisation
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills able to speak to a wide range of customers
  • Listening Skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and addressing customer needs.
  • The ability to Multitask
