Do you have a background in underwriting and a strong understanding of the insurance market? This may be the next step in your career.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide underwriting services to brokers, prioritizing renewals and midterm adjustments
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of company guidelines and authority levels
  • Respond to incoming calls and follow up on renewals
  • Attend underwriting meetings and provide insight into market conditions
  • Manage renewal cases, working with brokers to secure renewal and upsell additional covers
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the technical teams and wider business
  • Assist with adhoc projects

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven relevant insurance experience
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • IT proficiency including MS Office
  • CII qualification (or willingness to study for one)
  • Knowledge of Acturis is a plus, but not a requirement.
