Broadwater Mouldings is a forward-thinking, market-leading engineering company, supplying some of the world's leading brands across many sectors. We operate from a state-of-the-art purpose built manufacturing facility near Beccles in Suffolk. With an experienced and highly skilled team offering engineering solutions in the manufacture and supply of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) mouldings and assemblies.


With the latest moulding techniques to suit all requirements and ensuring exceptional high quality as demanded by our customers at all times, is always at the heart of what we do.

To help achieve this we have an opportunity for like-minded people to join our team, based at our Beccles site.


We are looking for reliable team members, willing to learn and progress through our quality training programes to operate and set our recently installed vacuum forming machine.


Transferable skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience of vacuum forming ideal but not essential
  • Computer / IT skills would be fully transferable
  • Touch screen experience
  • Micro press experience
  • Excellent organisational and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work with accuracy, attention to detail within a busy time sensitive environment
  • Ability to identify processes needing improvement and recommend solutions
  • Display a positive cando attitude willing to lean and progress
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Enjoy working as part of a fastmoving team
The starting rate offered for a 40 hour week will be dependent on experience.

You will be entitled to 20 days (moving to 23 days with long service) paid holiday per year (excluding Bank Holidays).


  • Our day shift is Monday to Thursday 0730 to 1630 with an early finish on a Friday (0730 to 1330).

Salary:
£11.48-£15.44 per hour
