About the Opportunity:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Acquire top talent through the implementation of best practices in sourcing and selection.
  • Manage a high volume of recruitment vacancies across all levels, from Executive to Supply Chain.
  • Build meaningful relationships internally and externally and maintain accountability at all times.
  • Collaborate with Talent & HR Business Partners and other HR team members to provide an outstanding service to the organization.

Requirements:


  • A proven track record of success in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment assessments and tools.
  • Experience managing both volume recruitment projects and individual bespoke assignments.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable).

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • A selfstarter with a passion for service delivery and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Inclusive and able to effectively collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • A team player who is open to offering creative and constructive ideas.
  • Dedicated, ambitious, and authoritative in following through on initiatives.
  • A problemsolver with a natural ability to ask the right questions and make the most of available resources for successful recruitment delivery.
