Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire top talent through the implementation of best practices in sourcing and selection.
- Manage a high volume of recruitment vacancies across all levels, from Executive to Supply Chain.
- Build meaningful relationships internally and externally and maintain accountability at all times.
- Collaborate with Talent & HR Business Partners and other HR team members to provide an outstanding service to the organization.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment assessments and tools.
- Experience managing both volume recruitment projects and individual bespoke assignments.
- CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable).

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- A selfstarter with a passion for service delivery and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Inclusive and able to effectively collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- A team player who is open to offering creative and constructive ideas.
- Dedicated, ambitious, and authoritative in following through on initiatives.
- A problemsolver with a natural ability to ask the right questions and make the most of available resources for successful recruitment delivery.
