We're truly excited to be recruiting a Reward & Benefits Manager for this successful, and highly reputable organisation.


The Reward & Benefits Manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the reward strategy and associated frameworks across the Group which includes approximately 3,000 colleagues.

This role will report to, and work very closely with, the Head of Reward.


As Reward & Benefits Manager you will manage the Group's total employee spend ensuring it is allocated effectively and is aligned to the business strategy.

In addition, you will have operational responsibility for managing the reward, pensions and benefits provision encompassing key processes, suppliers, communications and technologies.


You will effectively manage all the cyclical reward processes including; annual pay review, bonus payments, bonus invitation and flexible benefits windows.

You will be responsible for leading relationships with external parties and suppliers including life insurance, pensions, private medical insurance, share plan administrator and our online flexible benefit platform provider.


You will also need to be decisive and a problem solver, being a true team player with strong communication skills is a must.

You'll pride yourself on your advanced Excel skills with a real passion for all things numerate.

The salary for this role will be up to £50,000 depending upon experience along with a suite of excellent benefits.
