Who we're looking for at Cazenove Capital


We're looking for a Team Assistant Maternity Cover to join our Wealth Management division known as Cazenove Capital, which is part of the Schroders group.

Someone who is passionate about working and supporting a team in delivering excellent service and investment management for our clients.


This role supports a wider team of 18 that includes the Head of Wealth Management UK Client Service, the Team Manager and 4 further portfolio directors.

We want someone who is an excellent organiser with good administration skills and who has strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients and colleagues of all levels.

You'll be hands-on, can-do and discreet. Learning your way around our systems. Tuning into the team's needs. And keeping team informed and up to date. You'll be an important part of a busy team.

The team


We're part of Cazenove Capital, the Schroders business that manages wealth for our clients - individuals, family groups and charities.

We're open to flexible working, so we can all balance our personal and professional commitments.

What you'll do

  • Support the Head of Wealth Management UK Client Service, the Team Manager and the rest of the team in an administrative capacity
  • Help to organise client meetings and travel as well as manage diaries
  • Take responsibility for internal weekly/monthly reports for the team as well as assisting team members at quarter end to send out client reports
  • Help colleagues with onboarding new clients and sending new client forms electronically
  • Input information into our client database and keep it updated
  • Handle the overflow of telephone calls for the team and maintain records
  • Reconcile expenses for the team on a monthly basis
  • Assist with logging of gifts/entertainment and compliance records for individual team members
  • Combine regular daily tasks with other projects with varying deadlines whilst responding to incoming enquiries
  • Work effectively and in partnership with other secretarial/ administration staff to ensure appropriate cover

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Strong IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organiser with good administration skills
  • Good communication skills, grammar and spelling
  • Ability to multitask
