Aftersales Coordinator

Location:
Smethwick

Salary:
£28,000 per annum

Full time, permanent position, office based

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday 8:00am - 12:30pm (38 1/2 working week)

Our client is a West Midlands based manufacturing company who have a new role for an Aftersales Co-Ordinator.

Day to day duties will include the following:

Validating warranty work (Around jobs per week)
Advising the best options for customers where possible
Liasing with the various aftersales companies to repair products and carry out warranty checks
Check UK and industry prices to ensure we have the most costeffective rates
Collect data to analyse performance opportunities
Working alongside the Parts department to ensure correct parts are shipped out for scheduled repairs
Process invoices from aftersales companies once work is complete

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

Required:

You are great at building rapport, with resilience and determination to succeed
You're polite and articulate, trustworthy, reliable and a good team player
You are highly organised and structured when planning your day
Strong IT skills
Previous experience within a similar role
