Description
Our Global fashion brand is looking to recruit a Distribution Coordinator to join their team.

In this role you will closely within the operations team, Distribution, Global Production, Logistics and Product Data.


_Responsibilities _

  • Liaise between this company and its 3PL partners, with operational tasks for wholesale and ecommerce distribution
  • Preparing customs entry docs for consignments in and out the UK
  • Maintain DC operational reports
  • Maintain system reports to ensure stock integrity
  • Maintain Operations Team Reports
  • PO updates and maintenance for inbound PO's to ensure accurate information is visible for the EMEA business
  • Supporting Inbound distribution centre planning and order requirements
  • Completing carrier bookings for all KA timed delivery windows
  • Working with Customer Relations Team to complete carrier bookings
  • General day to day tasks to support the smooth running of the Operations team

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviours
Through experience, you must be able to demonstrate acquired skill and measurable success in:

  • Must be familiar with a major MRP system (SAP a plus)
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of staff and outside customers /suppliers
  • Understand the order entry process of distinct product categories, and the impact on global production.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level

Education

  • Experience within Supply Chain related field is strongly preferred
