The Work Shop are delighted to be recruiting for an Internal Sales/ Project coordinator for a well-established client based in a rural location based on the outskirts of Romsey.
The client is offering a exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales/Project paying £23,500- £28,000 depending on experience with the opportunity to develop your skills to a project coordinator role.
The Role of Internal Sales/Project Coordinator:
To include supporting our customers in the processing of their enquiries and orders, to provide support the Sales Development team with planning and coordination and to work with the Projects team in preparation of tenders and supporting documentation.
Officebased.Core Tasks and Duties of Internal Sales/Project coordinator:
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements whilst identify sales opportunities
- Process orders, check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Preparation of quotations
- To provide support within the sales and projects office
- Preparing material takeoffs
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and opportunities
Desired Skills and Requirements of Internal Sales/Project Coordinator:
- Proven work experience in a sales / project office environment would be advantageous
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised and efficient
- A desire to exceed expectations
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
- MS Excel in particular
