£22,779 to £26,622 per annum pro rata

Hours: 30 hours per week (Part-time)

Do you have excellent customer service skills?


We're looking for an individual with great customer skills to provide a concierge service to our residents living in Clarion's over 55s housing.

You will ensure that our developments provide a safe and secure environment.

As the first point of contact for our residents, you'll have excellent communication skills, you will work with other internal teams to deliver services to our residents so theycan enjoy their homes, and the wider facilities provided.

You'll deal with H&S, compliance, maintenance issues, and other key functions linked to the management of the building, in addition to being the designated contact for our residents at the development.

You must be flexible, calm under pressure and able to deal with emergencies if required.

With excellent time management skills you'll be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, whilst delivering excellent services to our customers.
