Afternoon Warehouse Supervisor (2pm - 10pm)
We have a great opportunity to join an expanding steel stockholder located in Gateshead.

You will be joining a national team who are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to handle day to day business operations on their rotating shifts.

You will have training and development plans available to you to continue to progress your career within the UK Steel sector.

Responsibilities

Day to day staff management monitoring staff performance and ensuring that company procedures are followed correctly.
Coordinating job cards for the shift working closely with the processing department.
To follow all safe systems of work as per training to ensure a high level of safety is maintained on site.
Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed in accordance with our ISO 9001 accreditation.

What we need from you

We are seeking a hands on individual with fantastic interpersonal skills to bring the best out of our team.
Ideally you will have experience working in the steel or manufacturing sector to transition into our warehouse smoothly.
In date overhead crane and forklift licenses would be advantageous
