Accounts Administrator - Doncaster - Temp ongoing - Competitive Salary
Clemence Rogers are currently recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Administrator based in Doncaster.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the office with all relevant paperwork.
- Data input, scanning, faxing & filing
- Inputting and matching invoices
- Checking of all Purchase Order confirmations from suppliers
- Managing cash flow
- Basic credit control duties
- Assisting with the maintenance of the accounts ledgers
- Responding to general client queries
- Previous experience in an Accounts environment
- Experience in Excel is advantageous
- Must have excellent attention detail
- Have good communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft packages
- Professional and able to multi task
- Confident in speaking with customers over the phone and face to face
