Description

Are you an experienced, skilled machinist? Do you have experience setting and operating a range of CNC or Manual Lathes, Mills & Grinders?

A new opportunity has arisen with our client, based in Cheltenham, for a an experienced, passionate Machinist who is motivated to learn more and play a key role in the continued growth of this prestigious company.

Ideally, you will be:

Experienced in working with a range of Lathes / Mills / CNC machines and possibly grinders
Experienced in using inspection tools such as verniers and callipers
Competent in the use of gauges and tooling
Able to complete relevant paperwork
Be a strong team player but also confident and able to work independently

Working with small to medium batch sizes, you will need to be confident working to engineering drawings to produce components.

You will have completed at least NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification or have equivalent experience.
