Salary/Grade:
Band J, Points £32, ,723.00 per annum)

Pro Rota is £28,247.70 per annum rising to £30,632.56 per annum.

Hours per week: 37 hours per week

40 weeks per annum (term time only plus 10 days)

Aylesford School Warwick is a successful Academy, now providing education on a single site to pupils aged 4 to 18, Reception through to Sixth Form.

Aylesford School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and exceptional Head of Year to join our pastoral team.

This is a non-teaching position involving the management of a year group including pastoral support, achievement, attendance, attainment/progress, behavioural issues and intervention and supporting the schools safeguarding team.

The role requires close working with the Director of Pastoral Care on the creation, development and delivery of an effective, modern and high quality pastoral care programme that is appropriate for all our students from aged 4 to 19.

The successful applicant will have the desire to support the pastoral and extra - curricular spheres of our pupil's education, and to impact positively on pupil achievement and attendance.

Closing date is midnight Sunday 25 June 2023

Shortlisting will take place Monday 26 June 2023

Interview date will be week commencing 3 July 2023
