Overview
2fawcett are recruiting for
Transport Planners to join a successful business based in North Leicestershire.

Responsibilities of the Transport Planners

Liaise with clients, colleagues and statutory bodies including Planning Authorities and Highway Authorities, to ensure efficient progress with project commissions
Undertake junction assessments using industry standard software

Requirements of the Transport Planners

Desirable minimum qualification of a degree or degree level ideally in Geography, Environmental Management or Transport Planning
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint specifically) and have strong analytical skills
Preferably either have or are working towards professional membership with CIHT
Organised and methodical with a keen eye for quality and the ability to solve problems effectively
Experience using AutoCAD and Transport Software (i.e. JUNCTIONS, LINSIG, TRICS)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
