General Catering Assistants

Location - The Royal Chantry, Cathedral Cloisters, Chichester PO19 1PX**
Hours - Various

Days of work - Working any 5 days out of 7 days

Hourly rate - £9.50

Do you have a passion for delivering great food?

Then Seasoned, the award-winning caterer with over 30 years' experience in the industry has the role for you both full time and part time available.

The venue will operate 7 days a week with a working pattern 5 over 7 encompassing breakfast, lunch, hot snacks, homemade bakes and afternoon teas all prepared fresh on site from local suppliers.

Responsibilities:

To assist the chef with general kitchen duties
Assist with the day to day operations of all catering services, to produce food that is to the required standard
Excellent customer service during customer interaction
Operation of the till, processing card payments
Adhering to all Health and Safety Legislation including Allergens and Natasha's Law
General cleaning duties throughout the day

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' catering experience
Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
Allergen Certificate
The ability to work under pressure and stay calm
To work within a team
High standard of personal hygiene
