Central London - Hybrid - 2 Days Office, 3 Days Home
Basic Salary £40,000-£45,00025 days annual leave + 1 x extra birthday leave per year. Leave allocation increases after 3 and 5 years up to 32 days,AXA PPP healthcare - including mental health provision ,Hybrid and flexible working policy - can be discussed at interview stage - current 'suggested' requirements are 2 days in the office 3 days WFH.

Our client a well-respected membership body who works with some of biggest brands in the UK and beyond is currently looking for an Events Manager - Awards either full time 5 days a week or part time 4 days a week.
The Role
To manage the delivery of the Awards programme to include: Awards, Excellence Awards and Operations Awards, and liaison with the Editor for the Research Awards
Manage the relationship with Publications for the promotion of Member events, annual events programme and any other excellence agenda driven Member events.
Duties
Manage the delivery and annual review of all Awards Schemes including Awards, Operations Awards and Excellence Awards, including liaison with the Editor
Undertake the project management and delivery of the awards programme, including research, analysis and development of categories to drive award product development.
In liaison with senior stakeholders, manage the recruitment and curation of the Judging Panels as part of the year-round cycle of awards.
Work with the Managing Director and the Fellows Advisory Board to promote Fellowship, manage nominations communications and support Board activities and initiatives.
Work with the Digital, Marketing and Editorial Teams to maximise the editorial and promotional content output from the awards finalists and ensure the effective and efficient operational delivery and marketing communication for awards entries.
Liaise with the Head of Sales, to ensure effective sales of sponsorship across all awards schemes.
Work collaboratively with the Events & Operations Team throughout the year to support the delivery of awards events and sponsorship delivery, specific focus on developing the event editorial content.
Manage activities and administrative support for partner awards as required.
Manage editorial and promotional content for the Awards area of the website, to include the awards winners, sponsors and case study content.
Person Specification
Of graduate calibre with at least three years' relevant awards experience, preferably with in a professional body.
Excellent process management skills.
A methodical approach to work and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
Operational event experience preferable.
The ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
An aptitude to deal with a heavy workload and meet deadlines under pressure.
A strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to manage people and projects.
A good team player, able to liaise with external customers and internal departments.
Good networking skills.
Self-motivated, positive and assertive in working with others at all levels.
Excellent Microsoft Office and database skills.
