Robertson Bell are delighted to be supporting this Charity to recruit a Finance Manager on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
The head office is based in South Wales, operating on a highly attractive hybrid working pattern - two days per week mustbe spent in the office.
The Finance Manager's key responsibilities will include:
- Line managing the finance team, providing them with support and training as well as overseeing the finance functions.
- Oversight of budgets and management accounts and providing final sign off.
- Helping with the system migration, providing support to the Accounts Payable function.
- Experience line managing serval employees, preferably within a notforprofit organisation.
- An adaptable and flexible mindset, that enjoys problem solving.
- Recent experience working in a similar role, having prepared the management accounts.
- Used financial accounting softwares and Excel in previous roles, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, formulas and pivot tables.
