To work as part of the Estates Team providing support services to Cornwall Acute Building Services
Help Desk Operator (Including knowledge, skills, health & safety and quality systems)
Liaising with the Team Leaders and Estates Staff to provide support to engineering operations within the Estate
Provide front line support to patients, visitors and staff
Prioritising urgent tasks and informing customers on progress or delays
Issuing, monitoring and completion of maintenance work orders
Production of reports, statistics and graphs as requested
Safe use of office equipment
Operating within the quality management system
Carry out collecting, sorting and distribution of internal and external mail
Operate the ID badge service
