Sales Administrator
This role will need you to take calls from clients about orders, inputting details onto the system, check for stock availability and organise raising of invoices.
You'll also need to keep clients updated if there will be any delays or problems with meetingthe agreed delivery timeslots.
You'll be using your client focused skills and have a positive telephone manner and the ability to multi-task accordingly to each client and customer call, combining these skills with a confident and adaptable outlook to your daily tasks, and the abilityto work under pressure are all positive attributes we're seeking if you'd like to join this customer focused organisationSkills you can offer:
- Administration experience from a finance, wholesale, distribution or FMCG environment would be really beneficial, but not essential.
- Numerate must be comfortable working with figures
- First class communication and business correspondence abilities
- Team player
- Intermediate level of Word and Excel
