Leader Education is working in partnership with an independent SEN school based in Burnley. We are seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher with a
QTS and experience working with SEN pupils.

Our client is looking to appoint an individual that is committed to creating an inclusive, personalised learning atmosphere for SEMH learners aged between
7 and 16.

Supported by a passionate and cohesive team, you will deliver dynamic, engaging teaching to pupils with a range of abilities and difficulties.

Skills and requirements:

QTS qualification:

Experience in working with children with SEN
Able to handle challenging behaviours confidently
Flexible and adaptable in order to meet the specific unique needs of each learner
Creative and organised in your approach to aid learning
Passionate about helping the learner/s achieve their personal and academic goals
Ability to manage, update and track EHCP's effectively
