About the role


To actively support and supervise essential due diligence checks for new and existing centres and agents, managing contracts with those customers and ensuring their profiles are set up accurately to enable the test process to run smoothly and within service level agreements.

  • A calm and methodical worker able to work efficiently under pressure whilst dealing with frontline customers in sometimes very stressful situations
