Looking for a fulfilling and impactful career in education? Look no further Ortus Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join a mainstream primary school in Brentford and make a positive impact in the life of a Year 4 pupil with SEMH needs.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide tailored support to promote positive behavior and social development of the pupil, working on a 1:1 basis.

You will collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and the pupil's family to develop effective strategies and monitor progress.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, with a competitive pay rate of £80 - £95 per day (PAYE - no Umbrella Company fees).

You will work within a supportive and dynamic environment, with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEN.
