Description
We are currently recruiting for production operatives within Lancaster area, working during the day 8-4.30pm. After the training of 3 weeks you would be working on 4 on 4 off basis. 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM


Responsibilities of production operative

  • Running high speed machinery safely
  • Working efficiently and effectively
  • Performing quality and safety checks
  • Troubleshooting, cleaning and adjusting machinery to your abilities
  • Loading and unloading of product
  • Adhering to health to health and safety procedures and regulations

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
