Property Admin

Macclesfield

Salary £22,000 rising to £24k after six month probation

Hybrid working 4 days at home 1 day in office after 4 week training
Paid leave on employee's birthday and Christmas
33 days holiday increasing after 2 years
Buy/ Sell holiday scheme available
Optional IRPM qualification training after probation

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Implementing processes and procedures for approved contractors
Internal liaison and support with multiple functions within the business
Obtaining insurance for properties
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Instructing contractors to carry out work
Issuing section orders
Property Inspections
Inspection reports and inventories

We are looking for

Previous experience: Grads, retail, hospitality property customer service or admin
Presentable and great communicator
Industry specific qualifications desirable but not essential ARLA
Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
Genuine Interest in Property
