Our client is looking for a conscientious self-starter who can provide professional and efficient support servicesto a director and their department.
Done well, this is much more than a PA role.
This is a role that intuitively supports what needs doing across the department; from assisting with recruitment and people issues through to project and event management this role truly has a hand in ensuringthe department is running effectively and staff are well placed to deliver for customers.
You will work closely with the Director and their senior management team, but you will also represent the Director with residents and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Deputy Group Director of Customer Experience with their daytoday workload including diary and meeting management
- Be the go to person for the Director and senior team to get things done
- Support and assist all members of the team to ensure a firstclass service is delivered to residents at all times
- Be at the centre of all communications
- Supporting the management of complaints across them through high quality administrative support
- Ensure the departments data quality is always exceptional
- Event management including team, department and stakeholder meetings
- Organising meeting rooms and taking and sharing minutes
- Ensuring all files, data and documents are stored central
