Job Description You will join the team as a Graduate Assistant Team Coordinator and be responsible for supporting Team Coordinators. This is an entry level role suitable for recent graduates looking to start their career in a professional services environment working withthe Private Equity sector and offering excellent training and career progression opportunity.

Full training will be provided.


Job Breakdown:

  • Act as a liaison between the Consultant Team and clients to schedule meetings both internally and externally
  • Attend meetings with the Consultant Team to take notes and provide these to the senior team thereafter
  • Assist with admin tasks for the team such as formatting documents and CVs
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for existing client briefs, helping the Consultant Team win new business
  • Keep excel spread sheets updated
  • The career progression with this role is to move into a Team Coordinator where you will manage a desk of 8 consultants
This role is office based in Piccadilly Circus, 5 days per week.


Who Fits The Bill:


  • Tech literacy with superhot Microsoft Office skills, mainly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • The ability to learn our CRM, quickly and develop areas for using its enhanced features
  • A great telephone manner
  • Vision and the ability to predict a scenario and avoid a problem
  • The skill to juggle a variety of tasks especially whilst dealing with changing circumstances
