Wellbeing Assistant:


Closing Date:
Sunday 11th June 2023


£11.18 rising to £11.39 per hour on successful completion of training and probation period.

15hrs per week - including some daytime, evening and weekend work on a rota basis, see below:

Week 1
Monday: 8am - 2pm

Saturday: 8am - 2pm

Sunday: 4am - 10pm


Week 2
Wednesday: 8am - 2pm

Thursday: 4pm - 10pm

About you:


You will have enthusiasm in everything that you do and the ability to develop strong effective working relationships with a range of people to ensure a smooth, quality service that focusses positive outcomes for people we support.

About the role:


Based within our Extra Care Scheme at Peachment Place, the role involves supporting tenants with their day to day living including personal care needs, recognising that they live in their own homes.

You will brighten people's day and you will encourage tenants to live independent, fulfilling lives, developing friendships and social networks.

You will be an enthusiastic, flexible person with a 'can do' attitude and caring nature and want to see people be the best that they can.
