Experienced in customer support?

Unable to break out of your current sector?

This role is the answer to your frustrations


You have no experience in telecoms but that doesnt matter as youll be given masses of autonomy and training at the highest level within the sector.


Youll be speaking with potential clients about their communications headaches and highlighting areas the experienced sales team can talk to them about how to solve their problems.

You have a wealth of life experience and are an expert at creating rapport with new people.

Even if you have very little previous work experience, you will be considered.


You feel you have what it takes to be able to identify business requirements and help find solutions at lightning speed.

You thrive on always putting the needs of your customer first.


Confident speaking with business owners and key decision-makers, you will have the ability to provide business-improving services to the people you speak with.

You will be surrounded by supportive and knowledgeable colleagues who will do all they can to help you succeed. Coming into a welcoming and friendlily competitive team, you will be a key player within the small trainee team.


Youll be based mainly from the friendly office near Birmingham, although this wont matter to you as youll be busy speaking with customers who are loyal to our client and love the service you provide them with.

The company is a name youre going to be hearing a lot more of as this year is going to bring enormous expansion for them

Basic salary of up to £25k is being offered.
