Do you want to be part of a global financial organisation? Are you a customer service advisor looking to progress?

Yes? Then this is the role for you

We're looking for a number of customer service advisors to join a friendly and growing team in south Leeds. Our client wants to make credit work better for all and make positive changes to society.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Actively listen to customers, and respond to them in an empathetic manner.
  • Understanding customers' personal situations and effectively providing tailored solutions.
  • Developing and agreeing repayment plans, which are bespoke to each customer.
  • Directing customers to free advice, when they are in difficult positions.
  • Negotiating with customers.
Who Are We Looking For?

  • Have experience working in call centre, retail, hospitality or customer service/sales environments
  • Are friendly and able to be empathetic to customers
  • Like to solve problems
  • Demonstrate great Communication Skills
  • Want to make a difference
