Macildowie HR are once again working with a Milton Keynes based Professional Services company who are fast paced, commercial and getting busier as the year goes on The company is roughly 1800 employees with 1000 on site at Milton Keynes.


This is a really interesting position Not limited to the fact that you will manage a team of 5 HR professionals, supporting them on everything the day to day throws at them.

You will also partner closely with the key stake holders, coaching and upskillingthem on ER processes and best practise.

Due to the nature of the industry and site, compliance is a huge part to this position, supporting the team managing background checks and giving final sign off.

There is also a load of juicy projects to get involved in

  • L&D
  • Putting in training plans to upskill line managers and coaching
  • Mental health 1st aid training
  • Internal comms reviews
  • Ensuring HR systems are fit for purpose
