Description
We are currently looking for a QC to join an ever-expanding food production unit based in the Redruth area.

Seeking an individual who strives to make a difference.

You will have a passion for delivering outstanding results and the drive to ensure quality and legal compliance across the board.

Hours are to be Monday to Friday, 15:00pm to 12:00am.


Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Quality checks on raw ingredients, work in progress & finished products.
  • Monitoring hygiene standards
  • Preparing samples for customers
  • Inspecting and completing paperwork

Skills which are essential for the role are:

  • Numeracy
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work alone and as part of the team.
  • Right attitude is as important as experience.

Experience, Qualifications & Competencies required for the role:

  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Level 3 Food Safety
  • Training will be provided for the right individual.
Full training is provided and paying £10.95 per hour.

Previous QC experience essential
