Are you an experienced Exhibition & Trade Show Project Manager looking for an exciting new role in Windsor with the option to work from home two days a week?

Our client delivers worldwide solutions for world-class & award-winning 3D exhibitions, shows, events, museums, interiors, and more.

They are a full-service agency offering extensive expertise across every aspect of marketing & communications.

They deliver ground-breaking exhibition stands, compelling live events & innovative museum installations - all driven by the finest designs available.

Their global network stretches across dozens of countries, and they are experts at running multiple major projects simultaneously, throughout the globe.

as such you will need to be willing to travel worldwide for events as part of this role.

You will be responsible for pitching, planning, delivery and management of single and multiple client projects, and report directly to the Directors


Role Responsibilities

Project Management:


  • To manage client projects to agreed specifications including the coordination of internal and external resources in order to present a single point of contact to the client.
  • To ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • To maintain regular client contact and ensure the client is kept fully abreast of project progress at all times.
Includes preparation for/attendance at client meetings and teleconferences.

  • To maintain best practice in project management at all times by adhering to the principles of ?initiate, plan, execute, control and close?.
  • To maintain a project paper trail by ensuring all relevant project documentation is maintained and completed in line with company protocols: scope and briefing documents, financial reporting, planning and milestone documents, supplier briefing and performancemeasurement, debrief and closure documentation.
  • To liaise with clients, internal resources and suppliers, professionally, efficiently and on time, building solid and respectful relationships.
  • To keep a proactive and solutionsdriven eye on all deliverables, seeking the most costeffective solutions and suitable contractors.
  • To acquire and grow technical knowledge in order to enhance the ability to liaise with contractors.
  • To conduct regular internal project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of roles, responsibilities and deadlines within each project.
  • To proactively maintain control over projects to ensure that scope and finance creep are anticipated and managed in order to maintain profit margins.
  • To oversee project support and onsite staff ensuring they are fully briefed, their work is checked and work is completed on time and to the standards expected by the company.
  • To ensure resourcing within projects is appropriate at all times and all resourcing requests are raised/discussed with the Operations Manager.
  • To deliver and manage client projects onsite and undertake any other travel where necessary.
  • To participate in proposal planning, researching and writing as needed.

Financial:


  • Budget preparation, ongoing management, reconciliation and closure.
  • Maximise profitability of each project by:
  • leveraging supplier opportunities
- monitoring time charges and negotiating additional fees as appropriate

  • To utilise and update budgets and time sheets in conformance with company procedures
