We deal with residential and commercial property sales as well as having a robust legal department specialising in conveyancing, private client, family law and litigation.


Due to the demands of the business, we require a professional, enthusiastic Property Administrator to join us in our Edinburgh head office.

This department consists of a talented team of Professional Photographers, Graphic Designers and Administrators.


Daily tasks will involve:


Client Contact

  • Inspecting paperwork and confirming contents with clients
  • Chasing outstanding client and property information

Departmental Contact

  • Liaising with Property Valuers, Finance and Legal teams as well as external contractors
  • Managing the photoshoot diary and assigning photographers to specific photoshoots

Administration

  • Establishing and inputting property and client details onto our bespoke admin system
  • Dealing with home reports and obtaining outstanding information
  • Updating electronic property files and uploading to external property websites
  • Performing legal searches where required
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all property details and client paperwork
  • Polite, informative and empathetic to clients' needs
  • Exceptional focus on customer service to uphold McEwan Fraser Legal's strong customer care priorities
  • Impeccable telephone manner with fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong administration skills with at least 1 years' experience in administration role
  • Multitasking ability with capability to maintain accuracy
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to work within a team whilst maintaining own initiative
  • Problem solving ability and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Prior property knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential
Salary is negotiable depending upon the level of transferable experience.
