We have a great opportunity for you to join our friendly, supportive outgoing recruitment team as a Recruitment Assistant.

You will build strong relationships with our departments and colleagues across our three hospital sites.

We will deliver safe and high-quality services and be an employer of choice for our workforce.

Our recruitment and workforce services teams are based in the corporate services hub is based in Britannia Park in Southend, however they may be need to travel across the three hospital sites.

As a recruitment assistant you'll oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.


This will involve:


  • Advertising Vacancies,
  • Administering offers
Adherence to the NHS employment check standards and compliance with appropriate employment legislation which will result in the delivery of a comprehensive and responsive recruitment service within the Trust


You will be supporting the Senior Recruitment Assistants, Recruitment Advisors and the Recruitment Managers and your role will be responsible for supporting and collaborating with the team to support and deliver the recruitment service level agreement in place.

This will be through; coordinating recruitment activities, providing an effective, efficient and customer focused service which meets the changing needs of the Groups' services and clinical areas.
