Do you have Customer Service experience, and are you seeking a full-time role in Preston? Electricity North West is looking for a Connections Assistant to join our welcoming and friendly team and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package, including the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.
Some of your primary responsibilities as a Connections Assistant will include:- Answer incoming customer enquiries, on the connections enquiries phone line and maintain answer rates to the set performance targets
- Utilise GIS cable records and the national grid database to check existing infrastructure and interpret the information to provide customers with advice
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
- An appreciation of underground and overhead networks
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment
- Excellent IT skills
- Commercial awareness
