Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager - Richmond Borough
Basic £18k - £32k OTE approx. £35k - £55k (depending on experience)

  • Advising potential Tenants immediately a new property comes on to the books
  • Accompanying Applicants on viewings
  • Negotiating terms between the Landlord and Tenant
  • Liaising with Inventory Clerks, Relocation Agents and Contractors
  • Acting for the Landlord,
  • Assist in the smooth running of the Lettings Team
  • Managers retain ultimate responsibility for the Lettings Team and coordinate the department accordingly; assisting in recruitment and training of staff and in business development.
  • Proven track record as a negotiator
  • Be articulate
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be able to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment
  • Have a UK drivers licence and own car
  • Live within the Borough or Richmond or very close.
