Description

Your role will involve creatively engaging service users & ability to adapt activities for the individuals to enhance service user experience, being compassionate to service user needs, flexibility & resilience for working with service users presenting with varying degrees of mental health difficulties.

Good communication skills are required both verbal and written computer skills for maintaining clinical records of service user engagement. Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.

Activities and interventions may include:

supporting service users with cooking a meal, using a washing machine, reading a bus timetable, exploring leisure activities art and craft sessions/music/ gardening, sports and fitness, social activities, promoting independent leisure skills, supporting service users to attend vocational and work opportunity roles.
