Job Summary:
Understanding the Business
- Actively seeks value added opportunities that increases customer interest and promotes the use of new services for CSA Group
- Responds promptly to all technical sales inquiries and visits with clients as necessary
- Participates in associations and outside organizations deemed appropriate by the MAP
- Manages the relationship with clients by determining client needs and expectations
- Provides periodic written reports on calls, customer contact, proposals, and quotes
- Provides basic surface technical direction within assigned product group and staff in cooperation with Technical Specialist, technical knowledge should span 24 years of relevant experience, in depth technical direction requiring further expertise will be referred to the Technical Specialist
- Communicates with appropriate Operations staff as required during the sales process
- Prioritizes work assignments and follow up responses to clients inquires and proposals in coordination with the Commercial team
- Prepares written pricing proposals for services for clients, working with the Commercial team and as required with the technical operations staff
- Relates necessary information to operations to maintain customer satisfaction
- Understands why HSE is important to self and the organization and advocates for the safety of others.
- Immediately reports hazards, near misses, incidents, observed unsafe acts and conditions and encourages team to do the same.
- Immediately corrects environmental issues when they are seen
- Demonstrates safe behavior and adherence to procedures
- Completes all assigned training courses, identifies any gaps or areas that require further attention.
- Participates and engages in the HSE program in a positive and proactive manner, including workplace inspections and internal/external audits
- Offers suggestions and participates in problemsolving sessions that lead to overall HSE improvements.
