LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR LEADING INDEPENDENT AGENT

SALARY £25-28,000 DOE
My client, an independent
Estate Agency are looking for a
LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR to add to the team. They are looking for someone who is hard-working, organised and personable with excellent IT/Administration skills.
As a Lettings Administrator your role will be as follows:
- Arranging photographs and floor plans
- Submitting Insurance Claims
- Tenancy agreements
- Arranging check in/move ins
- Invoicing and other related admin
- Taking and registering deposits
- Arrange Inventories, gas safety and EPC's
- To communicate effectively with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
- To maintain an excellent working relationship with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
- General Administration
The individual will have:
- Experience of administration
- Excellent telephone manner
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- The ability to work under pressure
- Proven customer service skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
- Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Professional approach and appearance
Working hours Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm & Friday 9am to 5.30pm
