How you'll change it up
You'll be joining CityFibre at an exciting time in our journey, taking responsibility for developing and driving the digital strategy.
You'll own our website and other key platforms, lead the execution of SEO best practise and manage a small team of digital experts to ensure we maximise performance across all social channels, PPC and paid digital channels.
You'll also lead on all digital projects across the business, enhancing digital capabilities and UX for internal and external end-users, taking responsibility for the continued development, innovation and transformation of the tools and platforms we use to enhance the digital ecosystem and capabilities.
What you'll bring to the role
You'll be an experienced digital marketeer with a solid understanding of the digital media landscape, as well as having the leadership skills to inspire and manage a high performing team.
You'll also bring the following with you:
- Extensive experience leading and implementing a digital strategy
- Experience developing implementation roadmaps and processes around new technology
- In depth knowledge of marketing performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and internal communication skills
- Ability to deliver results quickly through datadriven decision making
